I loved your video today. We see you as a loving and patient dad. A caring and helpful husband. My husband and I have been watching you and your family's journey since you were on Periscope. Back when Permaculture Chickens was a kickstarter idea. He died suddenly a month ago. Our daughters are missing their loving and patient dad. I miss my caring and helpful husband. As I learned the day after this happened, the farm and its chores carry on, whether I feel up to it or not. He helped us to realize our goal of having a farm and raising our own meat and vegetables. I get to grow our own food. You and your family remind me so much of our family. Thank you for sharing your journey because it gave us the courage, knowledge, and confidence to add farming to ours. But now, my greatest farm challenge: manage the kids, house, and farm on my own. ❤

+Justin Rhodes thank you for your kind words. Every kind word helps. I tried to watch The Great American Farm Tour on Amazon Prime. We'd already watched it all as you made the trip. You introduced us to Dennis and Alicia. Rick loved their milk and meat and we became customers. We already own all of your videos. ❤

Wow! First off thank you so much for following us all this time. This brings me so much joy. Secondly, I'm terribly sorry to hear of your loss, and I wish there was something I could say or do to somehow make it better. But, I will say this... THANK YOU for having the courage to share this amazing story with me and my audience. That means a lot. Thirdly, if you're in want of ANY of my digital learning products, they are yours in honor of your late husband. PLEASE email abundantpermaculturecs@gmail.com.

Strawberries around the green house. Start unhooking the battery cable on the tractor when you get off of it. easier than jumping it again to start. When you put those t posts on the wheel barrow we use one of the cheap cloth covered bungee cords. Hook it to one edge of the wheelbarrow and under all the posts, come up on the other side and go back over the top and around the bungee cord, then stretch it back to the opposite side. It secures the posts in the middle and makes it easy to haul around.

You might want to consider getting a two wheel garden cart. (Or ask Jonah to make one.) The rectangular ones with large bicycle type wheels come in different sizes and would probably work well for transporting t posts and electric fencing. I used to have one at work and they are more stable than a wheelbarrow and support the load so you are lifting less. Kind of like a garden-'shaw.

You seriously need a gator or Kubota, or Suzuki run about. We have one and I absolutely without a doubt maintain this 10 acres without it. It even has a dump bed feature. You can haul ALL YOUR STUFF ANYWHERE. I call it my buggy and when the grandkids come they all want to go for a ride around the property FAST. It’s a no brainer Justin, if you had one you would look back and say “What took me so long” It would cut your workload way down. What’s to think about?🦋💜
