Just as there's scrapping things together well there's also THIS! Also wanted to say that you could also reserve back on mileage more and do more longer term visits at places in time anyways if I was rv'ing one thing I'd do is to do a series on the Oregon trail and actually the different routes that were taken as much as I could

Always a fantastic day when you walk into your new HOME on Wheels!!! Nice choice. (I just had tears well up when I looked out at my 05' Forest River 31 ft. RV sitting there in my drive way as a huge paper weight.) Been there, unused and just siting there, since the middle of the Great Recession waiting to hit the road once again. My escape home after a major SHTF event or divorce. Whichever comes first. Happy Trails Kids!!

YT channel On The Road With Ron, had the same problem with his RV which may be no help at all since no two RV's are alike. His video is called "RV water spill - check valve fix." It was a quick easy fix.

    • Nomadic Fanatic

      Nomadic Fanatic

      Tháng trước

Hey! I really appreciate the info! I just watched this video and it makes a LOT of sense. The check valve works in his case because he has the vent separate from the fill port. He can put the 1 way valve in the vent line and it fixes the issue of having the water come back through for sure! But the water system needs air to be able to come in when the water pump is on to work correctly. Otherwise, the tank will collapse and the water will be unable to be pumped to the faucets. In my circumstance, I don't have an open fill port. I have a threaded port with a gasket to keep bugs and dirt out. If I were to put in check valves on the drain/valves near the tank, I would still need air to come in from somewhere.... So theorhetically, I could leave the fill thread port open all the time to keep it working, but risk the water being contaminated. Unless I use a screen filter of some kind. But you got me thinking in the right direction now! Thank you!

You'll take a load off of you're solar to get as many of the smaller electrical devices that are either solar or hooked up to more basic solar to help free up you're main power for other that you'd want in that way. If only they designed the roof vents evaporative cooling style would help to keep interior even cooler in warmer months

  54. Sean Newhouse

    Sean Newhouse

Just saying but with this you should only use highlight art. Use just enough but well enough that things a monster also it's harder to maintain rooftop solar they've got solar-thermal windows also itswell made of course and no nightmarish cubby holes for Jax hahaha

Georg Balbier Fuel for that must be expensive! Here in Canada it's bad enough! I spend $3300 per year just driving 48 kilometers each way to work 5 days a week on a 110 kph freeway with a fuel consumption of 11 liters per 100 kilometers! Sorry about the metric measurements for you Americans, but just do the conversions! Gasoline isn't as cheap in Germany!
