In this video I'm going to share a CRAZY method for a weight loss body transformation - with a punch. I'll include the video proof going from fat to fit. I want you to see the advanced weight loss research I used to achieve my results. The last 12 years have changed my mind about calories. They drove me towards looking at hormones and biological reactions.
It is somewhat disappointing to see that given the available research on growth hormone, insulin, lipolysis and oxidation... we are still focusing in the wrong place. Most people put all their efforts towards calories! The truth is that if we limit ourselves to calories then our results are going to be very limited as well.

    This is the first deeply information-rich video on weight loss I've watched in my entire youtube watch time. Fist bomb to you bro. @BellyProof The only way someone will depreciate this video is if he/ she did not understand him. Which is probably because he talked about the whole process under 15mins. Or probably because the process isn't what you were expecting to watch ( which again many thanks @BellyProof unlike most advice on youtube, yours isn't hidden.) To me, it couldn't be simpler. Short summary; 1. Diet I put this as a number one point because I understood it to set a base for every other point. i) Eat foods and have drinks that will keep your insulin to the lowest levels if not zero. i.e avoid sugars, unhealthy carbs and unhealthy fats. Stick to proteins, veggies, low sugar fruits like berries, and nuts. Why important? Insulin in your bloodstream hinders fat from being broken down effectively, which reduces the rate of the fat burning process ii) Caloric deficit. He didn't say this doesn't work. He just said it isn't enough for some advanced impressive long-term results. Why important? A caloric deficit from your diet will create room for more need of energy and your fat will be the go to. But your fat will be successfully burnt if point one is on the check. If it's not on the check, then you are going to be losing water weight which is true just as he said it. This is because low insulin causes high (GH) growth hormone. GH is responsible for breaking fat, among other things like muscle growth, as a primary process before the fat is actually burnt. 2.Blood circulation Here he talks about body movements and the importance of keeping healthy blood flowing through all your fat cells areas. i) Insulin regulation in your blood. I've written about that on the diet point. ii) Slow deep breathing. This is important because a slow deep breath allows for two things to happen in your blood; One, A larger depth of breathing feeds your blood with more oxygen. Why important? Once your fat has been broken down, the fatty acids will be burnt through an oxidation process and oxygen is a key necessity here. When you really did great on your insulin regulation and caloric deficit, but you don't have enough oxygen on your blood, well, your fatty acids won't all be oxidized, meaning you'll not have achieved maximum results. Two, The slower the breathing the more efficiently your lungs function, which in turn reflects a slow but intensively controlled heartbeat Why important? This kind of heartbeat makes it almost impossible for you to be stressful, taking your cortisol hormone level to zero. This creates a peaceful vibe in your blood since, in place of cortisol, dopamine will be secreted. Lack of cortisol in your blood makes all the body processes work efficiently. Cortisol is like the Diablo of this world, or the Megatron of Cybertron, when he's present, the entire system starts failing. You don't want him in your blood. Healthy blood passing through healthy fat cells equals weight loss unlike no other. Which brings us to the last point. iii)Workouts We all know why we work out. But in relation to blood circulation, and considering all the above points are on the check, workouts boost this whole process since it literally One, Boosts oxygen intake as your respiration rate rises. Two, tears and stretches up muscle creating more need for energy. Three, Opens up closed joints for more blood to pass through Simple!!! Where have you seen all in one info like this under 15 mins? P.S I DON'T KNOW THE DUDE, I JUST APPRECIATE WHAT HE HAS GIVEN ME TODAY. The extra info at the end of the video about EMFs and solar stuff, that's extra info which I don't know about so I can't vouch for. Eager to though.       +Michaelmshiba does powder whey protein spikes insulin? I've been trying to lose fat for 2 weeks now. I've cut any kind of sugars and carbs. The only thing I do is put half tea spoon of honey in my coffee twice a week. I work out. I eat a lot of chicken breast, lean red meat and vegetables. No fruit, too. I also take 2 scoops of isolate whey protein per day and I've been wondering whether it spikes my insulin or not.

      The itching sensation on outer areas is a sign on low blood circulation when exercising. The coolness of those areas, since blood produces thermo reactions, would back than up. Less circulation, less reaction and transport of proper nutrition, and ridding of waste out the body.

    Sorry "bro", i watched for seven minutes, but gave up. Its way too much information, and no practical advice... For me, weight loss is like driving: i dont have to know why the car works, as long as it does. The right video about fitness is about... Step ONE: Do this on Monday. Step TWo: Do this on Tuesday. etc... So one starts following the "program" and see if it works. If it does, hallelujah! Most fitness trainers make the mistake of thinking everyone wants to understand the SCIENCE behind weight losing. Sorry to burst the bubble, but it ain't true. The transformation is really amazing by the way, so KUDOS for that. But this video is more like a "sales pitch" then valid, practical info. You do lose all over simultaneously, but visually for most people it won't look that way unless you are a unique individual that carries as much fat around your neck as you do your waist. You have to study about it as well, otherwise you may injure yourself (body) in the process.       Sure - the subject itself (science, knowledge, research - which also extends to movement, mobility, motor control, muscle fibers, hormones) is REALLY complicated. The program (which is my interpenetration of how to best apply the knowledge) is really in-depth but also really step by step -> so all you have to do is follow it. Basically, simple to follow (step-by-step) even though there's a lot of it, (in-depth), breaking down a complex subjects into concrete steps that people can benefit from. Also, as far as expectations that it will be easy = no, it's not easy :-) But it's simple to follow and very doable (which is why I have as many results on the results page as I do - even from older people and people who don't speak much English).       Correct - and not right after either. I would fast for (at least) 12h before training and 1h after.

      Hi Citizen of the World, Yeah - everything that you eat / drink will be enough to break a fasted state (at least on the Insulin front). So that includes isolate whey protein. The only exceptions are water / black coffee (nothing added) / tea (nothing added). The problem is not with Insulin spikes - think of Insulin as pre-conditioning to your training. If you did my program for example, but you had something to eat before (i.e. Insulin would be up), it would be ineffective. If you did it without food / protein before hand - it would be very effective as the program would have given you the right triggers and the fasted state would have made sure you are pre-conditioned.     Loosing body fat isn't a big deal. What's hard is to maintain muscle mass and strength while lowering your body fat percentage.

      Hi Mc Peyn, When you lose body fat, (at least if you want to do it efficiently), you need to lower glycogen levels as they compete with free fatty acids. It's a small part of it but still a part of it. The problem is that glycogen binds a lot of water, which gives muscles their volume. So when you lose fat (properly that is), you don't actually lose muscle - you just temporarily "deflate" them of water. There's actually a cycle in the program itself in the last 3 days were we bump glycogen back to normal levels (which increases weight but not body fat). This is why if you look at the results page, they don't look any less muscular at the end than they were at the beginning, just less fat. Hope it makes sense? 😉💪

    First time to your channel. I have not yet gone to belly proof. I truly did not understand the entire process of you body transformation video, but I do want to understand. At age 66, I have a pot belly . I intend to loss this belly. I now walk 5 to 6 miles 3 times a week. My eating habit have been curved greatly yet I have grained wright since stating. So now I will try to put into practice what I find on belly proof web page.

    Short story to this good video. Start intermittent fasting for a minimum of 12-16 hrs to see your insulin drop, and your HGH naturally boost. Calories in vs calories out is still important to go off. It’s basic science. Eat less lose weight. Eat more gain weight. But now.. what he is speaking of in this video is all the foods that create good calories in vs bad. Weight loss and health is a journey.     Can you simplify it abit more please, really didn't feel like I learnt much watching this video. I'm a type one diabetic, on 4 injections per day, and really struggle with my weight, could you suggest and tips on how to lose the belly fat?
